當學生開始理解死亡，才會真正開始思考「如何活著」。

這套教材，正是為了陪伴老師與學生，
用一種安全、有引導、有深度的方式，
一起走進這個重要卻常被忽略的生命議題。

課程核心亮點

① 從「認識死亡」開始，而不是直接談失去

透過名人案例、死亡數據與聯想活動，
讓學生理解死亡的四大特性（不可避、不可逆、不可控、終止），
降低未知帶來的恐懼與排斥感

② 帶學生回到「自己的經驗」，理解情緒來源

設計「死亡初體驗四象限」，
引導學生回顧第一次接觸死亡的記憶，
看見：
我為什麼會怕？
我的想法從哪裡來？

讓情緒被理解，而不是被壓抑。

③ 用影像與討論，練習「凝視死亡」

結合《身後》MV與 ORID 討論法，
讓學生用感官與思考，一步步靠近死亡議題，
從恐懼 → 理解 → 轉化。

④ 最後落在「人生價值與行動」

透過「人生導航卡」活動，學生會開始思考：

如果生命有限，我最在意的是什麼？
我想成為什麼樣的人？
我現在可以做什麼？

把抽象的生命意義，轉化成具體可行的行動
